'K, so I finished Phantom of the Opera!!.....and it took me two and a half weeks to read. Hopefully you guys can now see why I chose only 4 books for the entire summer break.
Anywho, the book was really surprising. As in so, so, so much different than the movie (the one with Emmy Rossum and Gerard Butler). It is a mystery to me above anything else so it was full of "What the devil is going on?" So I thought it was okay. Definately was perfectly creepy though.
One thing that bothered me was that the only description I got about the phantom was fiery eyes, no nose, and the feel of death about him. O.o If I hadn't seen the movie then I would have said that he's just some kind of skeleton.
In the end, I still prefer the movie, I mean really, it's hard to compete with the music eh?
Now I'm off to capture Wuthering Heights, and maybe watch the PBS version of the movie. But just for the record, 1939 movie with was amazing. Mostly because of Laurence Olivier ;)
I Apologize
For the M.I.A. Would you believe me if I said I haven't used a computer since the end of May? Yeah, I'm typing funny now too D;
Anyways, I finished the following dramas so far:
Fated To Love You
Autumn's Concerto
Easy Fortune Happy Life
Prince Turn Into Frog
Hevenly Sword And Dragon Sabre 2003
The Myth (kinda. I only watched the beginning and end. ;P)
(and I'm working on finishing Down With Love and Miss No Good)
Currently Watching:
Down With Love
Personal Taste
You're Beautiful
Miss No Good
Plan On Watching:
P.S. Man (Sooooo excited to watch it!)
Summer's Desire
Planning On Finishing:
Devil Beside You
Brown Sugar Macchiato
ToGetHer
Meteor Garden
Reviews will probably come in a few months because that's when school starts. And when I have an excuse to use the computer. ;]
I've also been hooked on TW Variety Shows. Especially 100% Entertainment with Xiao Zhu (Show Lo) and Xiao Gui. They're quite amusing and it's nice to just watch Fahrenheit, Super Junior M and Lee Min Ho. Hehe,
Sorry for this blabber and lack of organization. Too lazy and I'm rushing.
NEWS
Rainie Yang and Wu Chun will be in an upcoming drama together. It's in production I believe and Rainie Yang plays a maid and Wu Chun plays an entrepreneur who goes bankrupt. It's called Sunshine Angel.
Rainie: Wooooot wooooot. Wu Chun = yummy. I'm not the biggest fan of Rainie Yang because I really only enjoyed HMS and kinda MNG. She's a great actress thought and Wu Chun's okay. I just kinda stare at him so it doesn't really matter to me if he's a good actor or not. >.> I hope they don't start dating or anything. I'd jump her. Just kiddddding. But seriously, please no.
The Skip Beat drama that has been "rumored?"/"confirmed?" is still going I believe. Ariel Lin might not get the role of the Kyoko but Angela Zhang (from Romantic Princess) might. [o.O Noooo, Ariel please. I love Ariel Lin. She's by far my favorite!] The role of Ren who is the male lead I believe, is rumored to be Jerry Yan [Yay!] but also rumored that it could be Wu Chun [yay!yay!] or memebers of Super Junior. [o.O] No news/rumors have been said about the actor to play Sho.
Rainie: It doesn't really matter who gets the male roles for me but please let Ariel Lin be Kyoko! Full of energy and entertaining to watch. I love Skip Beat and I don't want Angela in it. >.> Nothing against her, I just preger Ariel over her. Jerry would be an awesome Ren thought, dark and silent. Bahaha,
A remake of Princess Pearl has been confirmed. A change of plot is also confirmed by the author herself.
Rainie: Yay! I really ejoyed watching Princess Pearl even thought the third one was kinda crappy. But a remake's kinda dangerous because isn't Princess Pearl a classic? Vicki Zhou made her debut in this drama and honestly, I highly doubt any other actress is going to be able to pull off Xiao Yan Zi better or as good as Vicki Zhou. She was fantastic. The rest of the cast was good too. The third season isn't very liked because of the change of cast so a remake's pushing it. We'll see. :]

So Ady An (Autumn's Concerto) new dramas The Water Margin and Journey to the West are upcoming. And I want to watch them. What a coinkidink though is that He Zhuoyan is in Journey To The West. Huan Xiaoming is in The Water Margin. He Zhuoyan and Huan Xiaoming were both in Royal Tramp 2008 which happens to be my number two favorite drama of all time. What a coinkidink. Oh it was like when I was watching Down With Love and I was like that girl who plays that actress is sooo familiar and she turned out to be the girl who played Zhu Er in Hevenly Sword and Dragon Sabre. Hahahaha,
Oh and Huan Xiaoming is going to be in Flirting Scholar 2. Flirting Scholar 1 just happens to be one of my favorite Stephan Chow movies. Hahahaha, yay.

2. Royal Tramp 2008 (Huan Xiaoming! Woot woot!)
1. Condor Heroes 2008 (Hu Ge & Ariel Lin! Woot woot!)
I haven't seen Return of the Condor Heroes 2006 so it's not in the list. I've only seen the first three episodes but I liked it though. :] && P.S. Man and Summer's Desire are yet to be watched so Autumn's Concerto is dangling. I was surprised when I made my list though. AC used to be very high but then I stuck all the Wuxia ones in.
Wuxia dramas are my favorite btw. People flying with swords is cooool. ;]
Hope this makes up my MIA!
